• Can you use this while on your menstrual cycle? Yes, this can be used to soothe your vulva during your monthly cycle. 

•Does this actually increase vaginal wetness? Yes, the botanical-based ingredients are naturally lubricating.

•Can I use the gel inside my vagina? All femme care products should be applied on and around your vulva but never inside your vaginal opening.

•Can I use while pregnant? While made with safe, all natural ingredients, this product has not been tested for use during pregnancy, therefore it is not recommended for use during pregnancy
